TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY

As of this date the following TOURAMENT REFUND POLICY is in effect. In order to book quality golf courses for tournament rounds, the Club must guarantee the number of players that will participate in an event to insure food availability and needed course preparation. The Club is required to give an accurate count to the golf course 3-5 days prior to the event. The Club is responsible for that count and is billed accordingly. It is therefore resolved that no refunds will be given for withdrawal from a tournament if proper notification is not given within 3 days prior to the event. In a very few events, this period may be raised to 5 days, but advance notification will be given to all participants.
